Freedom Orthotics and Prosthetics is a locally owned and operated, independently-accredited company led by Certified Practitioner Dale Sheen who holds the 1st Texas state license (#001) in Orthotics and Prosthetics. We are committed to total patient care that extends beyond initial application or service. We encourage a healthier lifestyle through a teamwork approach using a close network of alliances, including physical therapy clinics, home health care companies, physicians, DME companies, wound care facilities, amputee support groups and the medical community as a whole. Dale Sheen, lead practitioner and founder, bears the highest credentials and is certified by the American Board of Certification (ABC), The Board of Orthotic/Prosthetic Certification (BOC) and Texas Board of Orthotics and Prosthetics (TBOP). In 1996, Dale was appointed to the state board by Governor George Bush to oversee the licensing of all other practitioners throughout Texas.
