Freeflow Physio

My aim is simple — to help people gain independence through movement. From an athlete learning a complex skill, to a stroke survivor regaining the ability to walk; FreeFlow Physio is here to help you with the activities you love! I'm a sole-trader physiotherapist with experience in both musculoskeletal private practice and community disability rehabilitation under the NDIS. I have worked with people across a range of backgrounds; from athletic sporting injuries, to aged care, to neurological injury and degenerative disabilities, to chronic pain and mental health. My approach is to apply this knowledge and experience to people of all walks of life, to help them break down and overcome the specific barriers holding them back from their movement and activity goals. I am community based, and come to you! I cover the Northern Beaches, North Shore and Hornsby Shire of Sydney.
