Freewaiter

What is it? A platform for a consumer mobile ordering self-service. It is designed for on-the-spot ordering of services/products and it is provided by HORECA businesses to their guests and visitors. Freewaiter aims at increasing hotel/restaurant/takeaways sales of standard products/services (beverages, food, rentals) and overall guest experience in interacting with the personnel. Why did we start Freewaiter? Visiting cantinas, restaurants, pubs, cinemas, and hotels is our regular experience. Are we always satisfied with their services? Recall it - calling from your hotel room to a receptionist in a foreign country, looking for a fast service in a pub or attempting to order something to a meeting room, looking for a waiter to ask for your receipt, being in complete uncertainty about your order status - pick any… What does this mean? Clients can not always enjoy a full range of even existing services with reasonable degree of comfort and without unmotivated spending of extra time and effort. On the other hand, in HORECA staff can not supervise every detail all the time, and hardware self-service terminals can not be installed everywhere either. Is it a natural situation or can businesses do something about it without sacrificing services quality, profits and working environment? Is it possible to sell substantially more without major modifications in the existing practices, processes, infrastructure and competences? We believe that Freewaiter provides a solution.
