We are a working space on gender, ethics, and transparency for the private sector (start-ups, SMEs, and law firms in different areas of the labor field) in Latin America. We educate future leaders through training and workshops, we advise on the generation of data with a gender perspective, and we build follow-up, monitoring, and evaluation strategies. In an attempt to reduce existing inequalities, we seek to empower and educate future leaders through workshops and theoretical courses, in accordance with international human rights standards and with a view to acquiring best practices in the areas of gender, ethics, and transparency. In addition, we customize our services to the LATAM context, in Spanish, and with cutting-edge practices, acquiring expertise in the matter that goes hand in hand with advocacy.
