Freight Facts was founded out of a need for consistent key metrics that carriers, 3PLs, and shippers could all focus on to make the entire industry operate more effectively. The lending institutions created credit scores to align the important factors for qualifying a prospect and most importantly training their customers to care about their credit score and how to be a better customer. Freight Facts is the same concept with LTL carriers scoring shippers.
