Freo is a holistic, virtual mental health and wellbeing platform, focusing on ending stigma. Mind. Body. Soul. Focusing on accessibility, Freo is based predomincantly online, providing clients with a diverse host of multidisciplinary Mental Health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, family therapists, CBT practitioners, speech and language therapists, nutritionists and more. However, we also believe in a Wrap-Around-Care concept, involving activities, physical fitness, and education. With these Freo pathways, you will experience online tours, art therapy classes, yoga and stretching, guided reiki meditation sessions, and live music events.
