Hello and welcome to Frequency Therapies! My name is Farah and I work with people like you who want to take a holistic Mind-Energy approach to their difficulties, to release what holds them back so that they can live the life they truly want. What makes my approach different to others? I use interconnecting Mind (Hypnotherapy with NLP and Mindset Techniques) and Energy (Crystal Therapy and Reiki) modalities to help people thrive! I’m a fully insured: Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist; registered with the GHR and CNCH. Certified USUI Reiki Master Practitioner; registered with the UK Reiki Federation. Certified Crystal Therapy Practitioner; Diploma of Crystal Healing; registered with The Guild of Holistic Therapists and trained to ACHO standards. Qualified Emotional Wellbeing and Resilience Trainer; registered with The Happiness Club. I predominantly work online via Zoom and by proxy (national and international), but also see clients in person if local to Cheshire, UK.
