Fresh Air Alertness Management helps safety-critical organisations to manage workforce fatigue and alertness. We specialise in helping operators to introduce Fatigue Risk Management Systems that are compliant with all regulatory requirements. We work with clients in aviation, oil and gas, mining, road, rail, marine and the emergency services. The Fresh Air Team consists of specialists with a wealth of scientific and operational expertise. This combination means that the solutions we develop for our clients are practical, operationally appropriate and based on a sound understanding of the science of fatigue and alertness management. As well as providing training on fatigue and alertness management, Fresh Air’s team provides a range of other services designed to help manage workforce fatigue. These include: collecting and analysing data from fatigue surveys and roster analyses; conducting fatigue audits; and reviewing Fatigue Risk Management Plans to ensure that these meet all regulatory requirements. We also work as Expert Witnesses in legal proceedings where fatigue is suspected to have been a contributory factor.
