Fresh Gym

Owned and run by qualified personal trainers, Fresh Gym is a welcoming and inclusive community, where we pride ourselves on knowing all of our members - they know we are always here to motivate and help them to improve their health and fitness lifestyle. Our goal is to make fitness accessible and transformative for every member, which is personalised to their goals, ability, and what they enjoy - we want to make fitness fun! Our services include: Fresh 121 Personal Training - our personal trainers support all of our members by guiding and supporting them in achieving their health and fitness goals. Fresh Air Outdoor Training - we take the gym experience outdoors, offering training sessions at our local park, school field or outdoor training area. Fresh Sports Centre - in this community focused space, we offer a range of exercise classes and social activities. ReFresh Rehabilitation - our practitioners use their expertise and experience to assist and recovery following injury, and to help prevent recurrence. Fresh Kids - we're not just for adults! Fresh Kids offers holiday clubs, roller disco, parties and occasional events. We aim to nurture a love of movement from a young age.
