Southern California’s year-round mild sunny weather is the perfect environment to produce strong, highly flavored, and long-lasting MicroGreens. Fresh Origins Herb Crystals®, Fruit Crystals™ and Flower Crystals® are a great new way add color and texture to any dish and they are naturally colored, intensely flavored, and shelf stable.
