For nearly 20 years, Fresh Talent has been New Zealand’s trusted partner in providing authentic, reliable and professional extras for film, television and commercial productions. Born out of necessity, passion and Kiwi ingenuity, Fresh Talent began in 2006 with a mission to fill a gap in the industry: an approachable, committed agency that truly understood the value of local talent. Within a month of launching, we secured our first big break, supplying extras for the iconic New Zealand series Outrageous Fortune. With no talent on the books, we took to the streets to find authentic characters in local malls, courthouses and community spaces. By the time filming began, 250 real & relatable Westie’s were ready to bring the story to life. Today, we continue to go above and beyond for productions across Aotearoa. From offering complimentary on-set extras coordinators for large bookings to sourcing authentic sports teams for commercials, we pride ourselves on delivering talent with heart and hustle.
