Founded in 2009, Freshest Roots is an organization that was established to connect the community to our roots through music, art, and fashion. Freshest Roots is a community based organization providing canvasses for the youth to paint on. We aim to protect traditions and culture by remembering and reinventing Freshest Roots strives to spread awareness of culture and positive energy through the arts in the community; to share and inspire creativity and originality; to create awareness of social issues through art; to establish a sense of belonging and community; to celebrate culture and diversity; to eliminate negativity and spur positivity with unique reinforcements; to share our hearts and message with the world while making a difference
