FreshFry is a food tech startup that transforms agricultural food scraps into their patented FreshFry Pods that reduce frying oil total costs 25% on average, do not require any equipment or movement of hot oil, and employees can be trained to use within minutes. FreshFry is nationally distributed through Sysco Foods, and is currently in expansion at 2 of Technomics top 50 chains in the US, where the ease of use and ability to measure compliance are appreciated alongside cost savings.
