I believe salespeople close more deals when they fully prepare for client and prospect meetings and when their websites include long-form content that addresses the pain points that keep executives awake at night (rather than pounding their chests about how great their company is). I develop "thought leadership"(op-eds, case studies, and media pitches) for Tier 1 and industry publications and organize clients' partner relationships so they can sign new customers and renew existing ones. In many cases, I'm asked to help clients clarify and simplify their brand narratives to support those efforts. In particular, I can help you with RFP and Grant Proposal responses and help you develop Negotiation Strategy and Execution. I help account executives and their leadership teams prepare for tough negotiations and work on shaky relationships long before it's time to renew the deal.
