Friendly Stranger Holdings Corp

Established in 1994, Friendly Stranger is Canada's most iconic cannabis culture shop and is widely revered for its friendly and knowledgeable service. In 2018, after an initial investment from Green Acre Capital, Friendly Stranger established Friendly Stranger Holdings Corp (“FSHC”) and announced an expansion plan to open additional retail locations across the country. In 2019, FSHC acquired Happy Dayz and with this merger, FSHC now operates 10 retail locations in Ontario with over customer visits per year. Our vision is to connect Canadians through cannabis, to educate and inspire a community of togetherness, to befriend the world one stranger at a time. We promise to provide products that are purposefully curated to be sustainable, innovative and Canadian/NA made wherever possible. As we have for the past 25 years, we will strive to be a champion of cannabis devoted to activism, community and culture. We are now on a mission to break down the stigmas attached to consuming cannabis for all Canadians.
