Terrell N. Fritz and Robert T. Geitner work with public, private and non-profit organizations to organize efforts for the cultural arts, community redevelopment, and downtown revitalization with 25+ years of proven success. Expertise: economic development, downtown redevelopment, cultural facilities management, strategic planning, program development and implementation. Fritz Geitner is currently working with the Flagler Business Improvement District (BID) to improve and promote Downtown Miami's Flagler District. Terrell Fritz has worked as consultant/staff for communities throughout Florida to facilitate public participation in downtown and neighborhood redevelopment efforts, incorporating the Cultural Arts as a vital component. Previously, Fritz worked with Philip Crosby Associates, International to develop quality management training programs for clients throughout the United States and in Singapore. Fritz was Co-founder and Executive Director of the Tropical Theatre in Downtown Orlando. Robert Geitner serves as Executive Director for Olympia Center, Inc. From 2011 to 2021, Geitner was Executive Director for the historic 1500-seat Olympia Theater in Downtown Miami, including oversight and development of facility rental program and talent booking for theater presentations. Geitner established all systems for finance, payroll, facilities maintenance, billing, and human resources. Prior to the Olympia Theater, Geitner was Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications for the Miami Downtown Development Authority.
