We are a mental health advocacy project dedicated to challenging and changing the usual or typical way of doing things. Particularly in regard to stigmatized and marginalized people living with mental illness. We believe that mental health is not a luxury, but a basic human right. Yet, marginalized communities and individuals often struggle to access the resources and support they need. As we embark on this new journey, we are committed to raising awareness, breaking down stereotypes and stigmas, and empowering people to take control of the narrative.
