Frontera Minerals is a privately held investment and development group established in 2011 with a focus on the mining, energy and fertilizers sectors in Brazil. Operating with a “merchant banking” approach, we combine access to capital to a superior multi-disciplined management team, proven track record and value creation history. Our businesses focus on three of the principal challenges faced by today´s world society:(i) Food Security: where we operated fully verticalized fertlizer assests from mine to production to distribution;(ii) Energy Transition & Eletrification: development of strategic and critical minerals projects including copper, lithium, graphite, rare earths and Inflation Protection and Reserve Value; development of gold and precious metals projects in Brazil. Having innovation and R&D as a core value to our group, in 2022 Frontera also launched MVentures Inc, our platform to invest in transformational technologies pertinent to Frontera’s business and mandates. Most of all, our passion to transform the invisible into reality.
