Frossbach Shugyo

Frossbach Shugyō is a company focused on practical and theoretical studies of the body-mind relationship, which aims to help people in self-development and in the transformation of their worldview. Mark Rossbach, anthropologist, professor, speaker and martial artist with a black belt in jiu-jitsu for 5 years, proposes to bring together knowledge from different Asian philosophical perspectives, anthropology, psychology and martial arts. Through lectures, trainings, online and face-to-face courses, Frossbach Shugyō uses different languages to work on self-knowledge in the light of reflections and experiences, fostered by theoretical teaching and by carrying out meditative bodily practices. We believe that our role is to help people face everyday challenges and develop emotional intelligence.
