Our qualified team offers solution-focused, emotionally-focused, narrative, and cognitive behavioural and trauma-informed therapies. The practice was founded in 2017 by Darlene Cyrus-Blaize, a Registered Psychotherapist who seeks to address a need for greater diversity in counselling services. She was struck by the lack of psychotherapy & professional coaching services for entrepreneurs and high-achieving professionals in the corporate sector. Together our team is uniquely trained in addressing the various mental health challenges that have been known to impact the success of modern-day working professionals and entrepreneurs. Fruits From The Roots also serves as a professional training site for Qualifying Registered Psychotherapists seeking Independent status designations from the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario. We are a unique clinic serving Toronto & GTA also offering student practicums, a social justice initiative and a professionals wellness hub.
