FS Commercial is a well-established umbrella company, employing temporary workers on an Over Arching Contract of Employment. Established in 2010, FS Commercial has a wealth of knowledge within the industry, always moving with the changes and ensuring that we are 100% compliant. We have very strong client relationships with over 100 agencies across the UK that utilise our services for their temporary workers. We ensure that we are fully compliant with all legislation, keeping our clients as up to date as possible when new initiatives are introduced. We invest in the best possible advice within the industry to ensure that everything that we do and the procedures that we have in place are up to the expected standards. Our bespoke software system is specifically created to track AWR, produce intermediary data and ensure that each worker that has not received a payment in 8 weeks, will receive contact from us regarding their work status. We are a cost efficient umbrella service provider; that is competitive with the market, always ensuring that our temporary workers are paid on time every time. Each worker has access to an online portal for them to view their weekly payslips and access expenses claim forms, this will enable them to be completed and returned to us. Expenses are calculated based upon HMRC benchmark scale rates. We have a team of 6 dedicated administrators that check and confirm each form that comes into the office, ensuring that if anything was to change, the temporary worker is advised of this. Each member of our team has had extensive training on all aspects of the business, ensuring that you receive the same service from everyone that you speak to.
