FUGARchitecture is an architectural firm based in Chicago, Illinois, operating in the fields of architecture, planning, and project management. We believe that architecture is about creating a lasting positive impact on our surroundings and our planet. Integrated with our clients needs and their project goals, it guides and creates a project that not only satisfies the goals of the client but betters the community in which they dwell. FUGARchitecture understands the key importance of providing quality service to all clients regardless of size and scope. We provide all aspects of design including client meetings, programming, conceptual design, scheduling, construction administration and all regulatory agency proceedings governing the permitting and approval of a project. We utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to provide the client with realistic perspectives of how the building comes together and allows the client to really get an understanding of the design in a 3-dimensional presentation. We provide full architectural services for new construction as well as renovations and ADA compliance designs. Our expertise has offered us the ability to work on projects ranging from small interior renovations, to large scale commercial and mixed-use projects.
