Fugu Brewing Co

A microbrewery project that starts at homebrewing level. Early 2020. Nico & Sam started brewing together at home. They had one goal: finalize their very first homemade recipe that will please their friends. Drinking one of their first batches, they fall on a documentary talking about a strange fish called the fugu. The journalist explained that it must be prepared with great care and that in Japan, cooking it is an art. Exactly like brewing a good beer. Few months later, Fugu Brewing was born and the first beer they wanted to launch had a name, Fugushima. Within Fugu Brewing lives a team of passionate beer geeks who dreams of opening their own microbrewery. And they're not gonna stop until they make it.
