As you become familiar with our office you will begin to feel empowered knowing you and your family have the greatest health potential inside you. Each person has an innate potential to be happy, healthy, and thriving. Although you may not be expressing that health at the highest level, it is our job to help you reach your maximum potential. Originally from Moline, IL, Dr. Adams has been proud to serve Des Moines and the surrounding communities with an innovative approach to health and wellness since 2012. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa and his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic. While attending Palmer College, Dr. Adams took advanced coursework in several chiropractic techniques including: Activator Methods, Gonstead, Graston, and Thompson. Dr. Adams is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitoner and has also completed post-graduate coursework in extremity adjusting by receiving his C.C.E.P. certificate (Certified Chiropractic Extremities Practitioner). Being a C.C.E.P. has provided sophisticated training in adjusting extremities (shoulders, wrists, knees, ankles, etc.). Outside of the office, Dr. Adams enjoys spending time with his wife and family, reading, skiing, running and biking.
