Full Cup Consulting
I have over twenty years of experience as a management-level fund raiser, program developer, writer, and strategic planner for Bay Area nonprofits. While I have worked with agencies of all kinds and sizes, my work's primary focus is currently on economic development, food justice, affordable housing, immigrant support, youth & senior services, and workforce development. I am a skilled writer, trainer, strategic planner and researcher. I have helped to raise over $20 million for a broad range of agencies. It is my work philosophy that successful fund raising is a holistic result of an agency’s clear mission and effective programs. When an organization has these in place, I can work with them as a "seasoned hand" in the development world. But when it's needed, I can also help organizations to clarify goals, define activities, and find and approach funders who share a common vision. In either case, I can provide value from Day One. I have been the Development Director for San Francisco’s Bernal Heights Neighborhood Center, and have developed and met multimillion-dollar budgets. I have an MFA in Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University.
