We can go without food for up to forty days and without water for three days, yet we can perish after just a few minutes without oxygen. Breath, by essence, is life and is the interlinking bridge that connects our body and mind. Having over twenty-five years of experience in Pranayama (breath control) and body/mind practices, Monika is a highly sought-after specialist in the field of body intelligence. She holds a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage and studied extensively with a number of internationally renowned Academies, most notably ‘Alchemy of Breath’ with founder Anthony Abbagnano where she was one of his first students; and Giten Tonkov who spearheads the ‘Biodynamic Breathwork and Trauma Release’ program. The transformation she witnessed through Breathwork led her to embrace the practice professionally and she now helps people to safely liberate themselves from limiting beliefs and mental and emotional issues to with a focus on helping them to increase their physical and spiritual wellbeing so their personal potential can be fostered with greater ease. Traveling globally, Monika predominantly facilitates Breathwork in Bali, Indonesia, with individuals, couples, groups and companies.
