Beyond the stadium. ‘Bigger than football’ is a tagline we often re-iterate, but what exactly does it mean? We’re a media company with the purpose of celebrating football, players and fans alike but it can’t just stop there. Children on the street dancing into the night with nothing but a ball and a pair of goalposts need to be inspired. Artists in the booth pushing forward the culture within football need recognizing. Issues regarding racism, sexism and homophobia within the so-called ‘Beautiful Game’ need to be addressed. Because football isn’t just the 22 players kicking a ball for 90 minutes. It’s bigger than that.
