The concept connects aspiring, amateur, and home chefs with local certified kitchens and gives them an online platform to sell their food, thereby eliminating the costs needed to rent a physical restaurant. At the same time, it creates a large marketplace of restaurants selling authentic, diversified, and locally-made meals, making it easier to buy healthy food on demand. In this way, Fulle attempts to not only revolutionize the fast-food market, but also to affect change in the barriers that prevent chefs from being able to sell their food.
