Fuller Life Therapy Services

Fuller Life Therapy Services (FLTS) is a neuro-affirming, community-focused allied health organisation supporting individuals, children, and families across the lifespan. Grounded in occupational therapy and child-centred, developmentally informed approaches, we deliver strengths-based, trauma-aware services that support meaningful participation in everyday life across healthcare, disability, education, and community settings. FLTS is an Autistic, female-led organisation, where lived experience informs leadership and service design alongside clinical reasoning, evidence-informed practice, and strong governance. Our services include Occupational Therapy across the lifespan, Child-Centred Play Therapy, individual and group supports, workshops, and community education. We deliver ethical, compliant services across funding pathways, including NDIS and private services. The St Marys Collective is a key initiative within FLTS, representing our next phase of growth. It is a neuro-affirming, community-led hub bringing together more than therapy services, but including community activities & connections, group programs, shared spaces, and collaborative partnerships in flexible, sensory-considered environments. At FLTS, we believe services should adapt to people, not the other way around. We value collaboration, integrity, and sustainable practice, and welcome partnerships aligned with inclusive, ethical care.
