Fullness Academy

Fullness is a discipline that seeks the fullness of the human being in its three essential layers; the body, the mind and the spirit. Through physical exercises it returns vitality, youth and vigor, helping to heal and restore the organism, helping it to function correctly. With breathing techniques, mental cleansing and renewal of vital energy is helped. Meditation and silent prayer are the way to awaken the spirit and reconnect with the origin and truth of our lives. Fullness collects the best of Yoga and Mindfulness but with a philosophy centered on Christianity, from a pure perspective of the essence of Christ, which makes it a totally unique discipline. Fullness offers group practice classes, talks, workshops for children and for those who require this discipline as a tool: teachers, parents, professionals and more.
