Fully Seen Therapy

Fully Seen Therapy offers trauma-informed services to individual clients. Therapy is offered in person in Roseville, California, and via Telehealth to anyone residing in the state of California. Services include Traditional Talk Therapy, EMDR, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Parts Work, Inner Child Healing, and Shadow Work. Fully Seen Therapy is welcoming and affirming of those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Trauma therapy provides a supportive space for you to process traumatic experience(s) in a safe and organized way. Primary topics that clients are supported with are trauma healing, PTSD, C-PTSD, sexual abuse and assault, and dissociative disorders (including dissociative identity disorder). Other topics that clients are supported with include adjustment disorders/life transitions, ADHD, anxiety, codependency, depression, family of origin pain and struggles, HSP and Empath specific concerns, LGBTQIA+ specific concerns, narcissistic abuse, nervous system regulation, low self-esteem and self-worth, people-pleasing, perfectionism, relationship issues, religious trauma and spiritual abuse, faith deconstruction, and sex therapy (Poly, ENM/CNM, BDSM, and Kink affirming). Services are paid out-of-pocket, and Fully Seen Therapy does not accept insurance as a form of payment. You will be met right where you're at with warmth, empathy, and compassion.
