Funflight

FunFlight is an Australian charity, founded in 2008, inspiring and assisting aeroclubs to host safe and fun events to give children touched by adversity the flight of their life. Together with our partners and the many many volunteers, FunFlight events provide children across Australia with the opportunity to escape the pressures of their regular life and enjoy a day in the sky. Working with national and local charities, FunFlight events have hosted families who have a child with a disability or serious illness, where one parent is ill and families just doing it tough. The very first FunFlight event took place in 2007 and inspired the founding of a charity. Since then, thousands of flights have brought smiles to children's faces thanks to the FunFlight team and aeroclub volunteers who continue to donate their time.
