Fus Lab

FUS LAB (Fura Ultrasound Laboratory) is an interdisciplinary research team led by PhD Łukasz Fura at the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research, Polish Academy of Sciences (IPPT PAN) in Warsaw. 🧠 We specialize in ultrasound research and developing methods for the selective opening of the blood–brain barrier, enabling the safe and effective delivery of drugs to the nervous system. Our team includes researchers, PhD students, and engineers in physics and electronics, we are also working closely with biologists, veterinarians, and MRI specialists. Our mission is to turn laboratory discoveries into practical clinical solutions - we conduct fundamental and experimental research and collaborate with the pharmaceutical industry. Guided by a vision of making modern neurological therapies safer, more accessible, and more effective, we actively welcome collaboration in: ultrasound applications, neuropharmacology, medical imaging, and healthcare innovations.
