As a Peruvian cook, I want to fusion traditional recipes from my country and all of South America with local ingredients, and then bring a new concept of flavors to the Northwest. Working side by side with my husband, we are a family business that cares greatly for the authenticity of our recipes so that each of our clients can enjoy a unique experience of flavor, but more so of culture. Our country’s variety of natural resources provides infinite types of chili’s, aji’s, spices, etc. but must of all, ancestral techniques.
