More than just a fitness studio, we specialise in creating individualised Clinical / Studio Pilates PT programs. Whether you need to stretch, sweat, sculpt, train, tone or rehabilitate, we can design and cater the prefect program just for you. Amazing staff with a collective 20+ years of experience in Pilates, Lagree Fitness and Strength and Conditioning, with backgrounds ranging from Human Movement/Exercise Science, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and minimums Diploma Levels in Professional Pilates Instruction, you are in good hands!
