HR Consultancy Services Our HR Team has a wide range of knowledge and skills about HR and people management matters both nationally and locally and the wider issues affecting education. We know that managing and developing your people effectively impacts directly on your ability to improve the quality of teaching and learning in your school. A happier motivated workforce will improve the outcomes of your children and your people, but even good people can be challenging!
