Futpro Association

FutPro is an association exclusively formed by women footballers who compete in the Spanish territory with the clear objective of defending the players' rights to provoke change and evolution in Spanish football industry. Founded and directed by women, we pay attention to the footballers' professional and personal needs, according to their age, club and trajectory, creating a safe environment where they can share their problems and concerns. We understand the challenges these women are facing every day and try our best to protect them. We are proud of defending 5 essential values that define this Association: STRENGTH - United we are much stronger EQUALITY - All footballers will be treated the same way TRUST - At FutPro, the footballers won´t feel they are not being taken into consideration when making important decisions related to them.
