FUTURA was founded to establish a fully integrated real estate development and operations company focused on the innovative creation of financially sustainable communities that promote active and healthy living environments for all residents, and longterm positive returns for our investors. Our primary goal is to establish an elite portfolio of sustainable luxury residential and mix-use communities located in infill locations within desirable high-barrier-to-entry sub-markets, mainly in Southeast United States.
