Future Skills Organisation is a Jobs and Skills Council funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations. FSO is focused on addressing the skilling challenge across finance, technology and business sectors so the workforce has the right skills needed for our modern, ever-evolving economy. To do this, we actively engage with industry, amplifying their voice and channelling their needs back into the education and training system. Our work can only be successful when we have authentic links with industry, the people at the business end of employment needs and skills. These insights provide the ability to test assumptions and find effective solutions.
