In the stress of academia, students very often ignore the finer points of life in the corporate world; the soft skills and people skills that will takethem the extra mile. The right balance between academic achievement and interpersonal skills must be made aware to every single student about to step into the highly competitive and cut throat corporate world. Future Weavers team has developed an After-School Programs that Promote Child and Adolescent Development. Main focus of the program is on Mind, Brain, behavioral and psychological development. The Program provides an opportunity to engage students as partners in their own development by ensuring that they have access to the kind of constructive learning and development opportunities that they need and want along with their formal education. Our curriculum is project-based featuring teamwork, relevant and contextual teaching, coaching and work-based learning. The focus of our program is to prepare students for higher education and eventually corporate or entrepreneurial careers. The program develops leadership; it also fosters and supports the Indian growing economy, nurtures the potential for innovation, emphasizes good citizenship, promotes high ethical standards, and enhances civic consciousness.
