The house is on Fire, and time has run out. Gen Z are inheriting a great big mess. Future XYZ is a 365 day, 50 state Youth Tour of America: Empowering young people to be prepared to change the future. Our mission is to connect young people with the opportunities to explore their passions, whilst still in school, and to be prepared to graduate with a plan to get skilled up and leap into the workforce with an agenda to attend to Social & Civic & Environmental issues. We have to help Gen Z hit the deck running. Future XYZ is about harnessing the talents and experience of Millennials, Gen X, Boomers and Greats to create a platform of mentorship, internship, apprenticeship and education pathways. We are creating a state by state legacy called 'Lead the Future. Using CPR - Citizen's Participatory Resourcing - we are creating an online platform that connects young people to the mentorship & internship opportunities that allow them to explore solution-based job and career options, and to empower them to plan their apprenticeship and education pathways that will prepare them to step into the roles that will help us clean up the mess and create a better, more just and equitable future.
