Our Wellness Pod contains a wellness membership (discounts on everything wellness related from our partners), a My Stats Zone where employees can log and record all their stats and get help with what they mean and what they can do to maintain or improve them. We also host a contact centre in which employees can contact our specialists for FREE in any of our sectors, such as fitness, mental heath, nutrition, finance etc. the forth section is a reward section in which members / employees can get reward for taking an interest in their health and doing something positive about changing or maintain a good level of health.
