We focus on market niches that we understand and can compete in effectively. FutureGen Capital can take distressed real estate opportunities and turn them into success stories. Whether focusing on purchasing tax liens in an effort to support community tax bases; working with local developers to improve distressed properties to enhance neighborhoods; or most recently, assisting counties or HOA communities with restoring blighted, distressed properties - FutureGen Capital is making a difference. When FutureGen started, America's real estate market was in a downturn and we took that opportunity to become successful even in an economic recession. Our philosophy is that we can be thrive no matter what the economy is like by focusing on what we know and understand.
