The FuturePackLab is an independent, evidence-based and design-driven packaging consultancy. However, we are not just any packaging consultancy, but one that thinks holistically and develops circular and therefore sustainable packaging solutions that are marketable and affordable. Sustainability is complex in its implementation and its many challenges cannot be mastered by individuals. That is why the FuturePackLab is made up of a network of researchers, strategists, material and packaging technicians, engineers as well as designers, lawyers, innovators and communication experts. Each of them contributes their specialist knowledge and together we critically examine previous packaging concepts, evaluate production and logistics, reduce material and energy consumption, think packaging solutions in a new and holistic way and combine packaging innovations with effective and credible narratives and product stories. We use our diverse expertise and our shared values to enable true innovations that conserve resources and protect the environment.
