We’re a not-for-profit housing association that’s been housing and supporting people and communities across the East Midlands for well over 15 years. We have more than 10,500 homes extending from Derbyshire down to the Daventry area and beyond. Providing homes is our core purpose, but we also help our customers through a range of services designed to help them live well and independently. This includes offering money and employment advice and extra support to older customers and those with special needs. We’re also proud to be an Investors in People platinum accredited organisation – something only 1% of organisations achieve.
