FutureScape wurde 1996 als interner 'Think Tank' bei Siemens Nixdorf gegründet. Im Herbst 2006 erfolgte durch Klaus Hommer, einen der Gründungs-Mitglieder des Teams ein Relaunch als Management-Beratung für Business Transformation, Strategic Foresight, Wachstum und Innovation. Klaus Hommer war davor über 15 Jahre in leitenden Sales, Marketing-und Managementpositionen in der IT,Software, Medien- und Telekommunikations-Industrie tätig.
