Instead of adding AI features to software, we’re embedding AI-powered tools to replace repetitive, low-value services, creating products that seamlessly combine software + service with new value models. 2⃣ Cybersecurity: Developing practical, scalable solutions focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to help businesses stay secure and meet regulatory demands. 3⃣ Third Way: Innovating hybrid profit and non-profit solutions that leverage AI and decentralization to build a fairer, more inclusive future—going beyond traditional economic models. An interconnected ecosystem: Consultants fuel innovation with real-world insights from client projects. Solutions are refined and tested on the ground, ensuring maximum impact. Our academy, backed by government partnerships, trains future AI Product Owners with a focus on ethics and responsibility. We support consultants transitioning to freelancing, fostering mentorship and collaboration to strengthen the community. Our goal: launch two start-ups per year by 2027, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem where consulting, innovation, and entrepreneurship reinforce each other to drive growth and impact.
