Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar is highly recognized for its defense of large exposure personal injury claims, many of which are the subject of media scrutiny. G. Richard Ford, Timothy L. Walker, William C. Haggerty and Jeffrey S. Behar founded our firm in 1991. Prior to founding Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar, they were senior partners at Shield & Smith, a large Los Angeles insurance defense law firm. The founding partners selected a group of talented attorneys with experience in defending general casualty litigation claims to form the basis of Ford, Walker, Haggerty & Behar. From the original nucleus of eight partners and sixteen associates, we have steadily grown to more than fifty attorneys to service our expanding client base in the entire state of California and Nevada.
