BACKGROUND Established in 2013 by Fi Warren-Smith, FWS Properties has quickly risen to become a highly successful and respected business. Our overarching principle is that we ͚do it right͛, which in our eyes means carrying out comprehensive due diligence and building close relationships with agents, contractors and other property professionals to achieve the best results, while safeguarding our investors͛ capital. FWS Properties primarily operates along the M4 Corridor from London to Bristol, providing opportunities for investors to generate an attractive return on their capital through part-funding our property projects. Every investment deal is individually tailored and our number one priority is that our investors͛ capital is always protected. OUR STRATEGY Our primary strategy is to buy freehold blocks, improve them and sell them on as leaseholds, we currently specialise in residential property but are looking to branch out and get involved in mixed use. We also convert one beds flats to two beds, extend leases and consider other strategies where we feel we can add value and generate profit.
