Kelly Paul J Barbour is a successful Executive/Team Coach and a Learning and Development Facilitator, who has a passion for how neuroscience can be applied to help both individuals and teams maximise their potential. Paul is both a NLP and a Lumina Learning Practitioner. Previously, Paul spent over 20 years successfully operating at senior leadership level in one of the world’s leading food and ingredients companies, Kerry Group. John F. Kelly has over 30 years industry experience in sales and marketing and leadership roles; experience gained in a variety of roles from Territory Sales Representative and Field Sales Manager through to Sales and Marketing Director, and since September as Managing Director of Facilitating Excellence (Ireland) Ltd.
